IMMEDIATE HIRE: FULL-TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER!
Peerless Hospitality Concepts is a 4th generation family-owned business with a long tradition of serving our local community since 1938. We looking for a good assistant manager for BURG’r & BARREL, a full-service restaurant in downtown Johnson City. For the right candidate, this could mean a fast-track to general management for this location or for a planned exciting future restaurant in our local hospitality market.
Role Description: Full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Johnson City, TN.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations
- Managing hospitality staff
- Coordinating with all departments
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining inventory
- Handling customer inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with company policies & procedures & safe food handling requirements
- Assisting in developing & implementing operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency with Southern hospitality
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership & management skills
- Experience in operations & inventory management
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure & multitask with a positive outlook
- Proficiency in relevant software tools & POS programs
- Problem-solving & decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- College degree preferred and/or equivalent field experience in the hospitality industry!
