Full-time Property Maintenance Technician for Commercial Properties in Johnson City, TN.
Position for multi-skilled Maintenance!
Want the ease of daytime Monday - Friday hours doing maintenance for commercial offices, retail businesses and restaurants? Want to be able to use your skills to help with new construction projects? If yes, this is the position for you!
Seeking candidate who has good skills in multiple areas to be a part of our Maintenance Team IMMEDIATELY!
Experience in maintenance, plumbing, painting and general maintenance with some carpentry skills is required. Light construction including demolition and light carpentry also required. HVAC experience and certifications a plus! Groundskeeping maintenance including mulching, spraying, pressure washing, debris blowing & light lawn work is also required. Some training provided.

- Strong desire to do any job right and in a timely manner and learn new skills within a growing company
- Be able to follow directions and be able to work as part of a team or individually to accomplish tasks
- Have good communication skills and have a friendly attitude in dealing with professional tenants and contractors
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have acceptable personal hand tools or everyday use - larger tools are provided
- Must work Monday - Friday day-time hours 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm with some after-hours/weekend on-call requirements
