Nestled in the heart of Historic Johnson City, this unique full-service concept demands a leader who thrives at the intersection of elevated casual dining and high-volume precision. Our kitchen items are quality and made from scratch.
The Role: Impact & Ownership
As General Manager, you are not just "running a shift"— you are the face of the brand and the architect of the guest experience. You will oversee a dynamic full-service operation, balancing the art of hospitality with the science of a profitable bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Excellence: Keep the highest standards of food quality, service speed, and atmospheric detail.

● Team Empowerment: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.

What You Bring to the Table

The Essentials:
● Experience: Minimum of 3 full years as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. (Required)

● Knowledge: Deep understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and Tennessee health and safety regulations.
