Peerless Hospitality Concepts, a family-owned restaurant group with a rich history in Tennessee dating back to 1938, is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our unique-concept, full-service, casual dining restaurant and bar, BURG'r & BARREL in a Historic Johnson City location.
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in full-service restaurant management to contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily full-service restaurant and bar operations
● Inspire and lead the team to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction
● Manage food and beverage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance
● Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
● Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and the local community
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant management
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
● Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to guest satisfaction
● Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends - off major holidays
● Proficient in the use of Microsoft and Google suits
